Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has effected a reshuffle of senior Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officers, transferring and posting seven officers to different departments and key administrative positions.
As per separate notifications issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department, Debadutta Suranjita Jena, Special Secretary to Government, Commerce & Transport (Transport) Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Energy Department.
Rashmi Ranjan Nayak, Additional Secretary to Government, Water Resources Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Commerce & Transport Department, with additional charge as Director, Civil Aviation.
Ramesh Chandra Panda, Additional Secretary to Government, Energy Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, State Information Commission, Bhubaneswar.
Nirupama Swain, former Registrar of Madhusudan Law University, Cuttack, who had recently joined the GA & PG Department, has been posted as Additional Secretary, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack.
Sabita Mallick, Senior Administrative Officer, PCCF, Bhubaneswar, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Water Resources Department.
Anamika Adhikari, Registrar, Utkal University of Culture, Bhubaneswar, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to Government, Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment Department.
Meanwhile, Debashis Patra, Deputy Secretary to Government, Revenue & Disaster Management Department, has been transferred and posted as Senior Administrative Officer, PCCF, Bhubaneswar.
