Bhubaneswar: The Orissa High Court will remain closed from May 22 to June 20 due to summer vacation. It will reopen on June, the court said in a notification.
The High Court said that Vacation Benches will function through hybrid mode during the vacation to hear urgent cases.
The vacation benches of the High Court will sit on May 23, May 25, May 30, June 1, June 6, June 8, June 12 and June 13 to hear urgent cases, the notification stated.
“All the urgent matters which cannot wait till reopening of the Court may be filed in the Computer Filing Counter between 11.OO A.M. to L2.OO Noon on the working days. Only the cases involving urgency, which cannot wait till reopening of the court shall be listed before the vacation benches”, it added.
