Former IAS Madhusudan Padhi Appointed as State Election Commissioner, Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Former IAS officer Madhusudan Padhi has been appointed as the State Election Commissioner, Odisha.

“In pursuance of clause (1) of Article 243-K of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Odisha is pleased to appoint Shri Madhusudan Padhi, IAS(Retd.) as State Election Commissioner, Odisha”, according to an official notification issued by the Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department.

Madhusudan Padhi will succeed Aditya Prasad Padhi as the State Election Commissioner, Odisha.
