Naveen Meets People of Sheragada, Urges Grassroots Resistance to Govt’s Arbitrary Actions

Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) President Naveen Patnaik has called upon party workers and the public in Sheragada to raise their voices at the grassroots level against the BJP government’s arbitrary actions.

Interacting with the residents and party leaders from Sheragada, Naveen sought to understand the issues affecting the region and alleged that the present government had shown apathy towards development and displayed bias in maintaining law and order.

He flagged serious mismanagement in paddy procurement, stating that irregularities in the process had disrupted the lives of farmers and the general public.

Naveen also expressed concern over the deteriorating state of key sectors, including education, healthcare, and social security.

Pointing to administrative inefficiencies and governance shortcomings, he said these failures had adversely impacted public welfare. Expressing concern over what he termed arbitrary actions by the government, the BJD President urged party workers and citizens to remain vigilant and actively safeguard people’s interests at the grassroots level.
