Naveen Pays Tributes on Birth Anniversary of Vikram Sarabhai

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has paid his tributes to Padma Vibhushan Vikram Sarabhai on the occasion of his birth anniversary. Taking to X, he wrote “Humble tributes to visionary Scientist and the father of Indian space programme, Padma awardee Vikram Sarabhai on birth anniversary.
