Odisha Govt Effects Major OAS Reshuffle

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has effected a major reshuffle in the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS), transferring and assigning new postings for several officers across various departments.

A notification has been issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department.

Rajesh Kumar Agarwalla, Additional Secretary to Government, Labour & ESI Department is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell (CMGC).

Rudranarayan Mohanty, Additional District Magistrate, Bhubaneswar is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, Excise, Odisha, Cuttack.

Ratnakar Sahoo, Additional Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), Bhubaneswar is transferred and posted as Registrar (Administration), MKCG Medical College & Hospital, Berhampur, Ganjam.

Sangram Sekhar Panda, Registrar (Administration), MKCG Medical College & Hospital, Berhampur is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department.

Dhirendranath Kar, Additional Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Labour & ESI Department.

Rashmi Ranjan Sahoo, Additional Secretary, Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell (CMGC) is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, GA & PG Department.

Ramesh Chandra Jena, OAS (S), Additional District Magistrate, Kandhamal is transferred and posted as Additional District Magistrate, Bhubaneswar.

Prafulla Kujur, Additional District Magistrate, Nuapada is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to Government, Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Department.

Ranjita Sahoo, Secretary, Odisha State Warehousing Corporation, Bhubaneswar is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department.

Hemanta Kumar Mohanta, BDO Jajpur Sadar is transferred and posted as Project Director, DUDA, Bhadrak on foreign service terms & conditions.

Gitanjali Behera, Deputy Collector, Sub-Collectorate, Pallahara, reverted to GA & PG Department for further posting vide Revenue & DM Department Notification dated 06.12.2025, is posted as Deputy CEO, ORMAS under the PR & DW Department on foreign service terms & conditions.

Jitendra Kumar Nayak, Ex-BDO, Odagaon, under orders of transfer as Additional Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Kendrapara is posted as Additional Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nayagarh.
