Odisha IPS Officer Sagarika Nath Appointed as NIA SP

Bhubaneswar: The Ministry of Home Affairs has approved the appointment of Odisha cadre senior IPS officer Sagarika Nath as Superintendent of Police (SP) in the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on deputation.

The Odisha government has been directed to relieve Nath from her current duties immediately to facilitate her new role at the NIA.

The appointment fills an existing vacancy and adheres to standard central deputation terms, the Ministry of Home Affairs said.
