Naveen Condemns Brutal Attack on BJD Worker in Jagatsinghpur

Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) President and Leader of Opposition in the Odisha Assembly, Naveen Patnaik has strongly condemned the brutal attack on BJD worker Rashmi Parija in Jagatsinghpur.

In a statement, the BJD supremo described the incident as unacceptable, emphasizing that the rising cases of violence against women are deeply concerning.

“Such incidents are creating an atmosphere of fear in peaceful Odisha,” Naveen said.

“Anti-social elements are committing crimes without fear, and law and order are deteriorating, he added.
Naveen has also urged the state government to take strict action against the perpetrators to restore public faith in the legal system.
