Naveen Congratulates Indian Team on Winning Women’s Kabaddi World Cup 2025

Bhubaneswar: BJD President and Leader of Opposition in Odisha Assembly, Naveen Patnaik, has congratulated the Indian team for clinching the Women’s Kabaddi World Cup 2025 in Dhaka with a remarkable victory over Chinese Taipei.

In a statement , Naveen said, “Congratulate Indian team on winning Women’s Kabaddi World Cup 2025 in Dhaka by beating Chinese Taipei. Indian team retained the cup with undefeated run throughout the tournament. May the team continue its winning momentum and bring more laurels for the country. Best wishes”.

India secured their second consecutive Women’s Kabaddi World Cup title with a 35–28 win in the final against Chinese Taipei.

The team displayed outstanding form, winning all their group-stage matches and moving confidently into the semi-finals, where they overcame Iran to reach the championship clash.
